Processes: Screen printing, roller coating, spraying, adhesive applications, etc. Compatible with conventional UV monomers and resin blends.
Typical performance characteristics:
1:Excellent scratch resistance, excellent yellowing resistance, excellent water and chemical resistance, excellent temperature resistance, etc. Provides curing and flexibility for UV wood coatings systems.
2:Number of functional groups: 2, Curing energy: 300-500 mJ/cm², can be cured with both UV and UV-LED.
3:Molecular weight (Mw): 1500-3000, soluble in ketones, esters, and aromatic solvents.
This product offers a range of desirable properties including scratch resistance, yellowing resistance, water and chemical resistance, and temperature resistance.
